SOCIAL DISTANCING WHILE YOU REHAB
Telehealth is available, and is an excellent option for those who would like to feel empowered to learn self-management strategies from the safety of your home!
This a a great way to stay accountable as a current patient, progress your rehab program, get your technique assessed, discuss your injury/condition, treatment options, education, and self-management strategies.
I will do my best to help support you with your injury recovery and rehab goals.
Please contact me via email to set up a 20-45 minute telerehabilitation consult.
Direct billing is available.

Helping you reach your goals and get back to doing the activities you love is what I strive for! I am truly passionate about what I do. I am a physiotherapist working in SE Calgary, AB, and I have a special interest in sports injuries and injury prevention. Being an avid outdoor enthusiast and a recreational (former competitive) indoor climber, I have a special place in my heart for these types of injuries and educating on injury prevention.
My approach to rehab is centred around active participation and movement and includes patient education as the foundation for everything else, including progressive functional exercises, and manual therapy. I believe in empowering my patients through education and supporting them with the tools they need to help themselves get stronger, and reach their goals.

Educate. Empower. Move.
Helping you reach your goals.
My goal is to get you moving your best, and get you back to doing the things you love, whatever your goal may be. Whether it is an acute sports injury, a chronic overuse injury, or education and program on injury prevention, I can help.
I believe in longer appointment times and one-on-one treatments, which includes a thorough assessment, both hands on and observing movement patterns. Education is first and foremost the foundation for my treatment with patients, along with a strong emphasis on combining manual therapy skills and patient specific exercise and movement to optimally target tissues, optimize movement patterns, restore function, and prevent future injury.
